AFF221 Didactic Bench for Studying Pressure Losses in Pipes Elbows and Valves Didactic Equipment Vocational Education Equipment Fluid Lab Equipment
1. Product overview
1.1 Overview
Fluids circulating in pipes are subject to frictional forces that cause energy loss and overall pressure drop. A distinction is made between regular pressure losses due to friction on the walls, which vary according to the obstacles encountered by the fluid.
The Fluid Dynamics Study Workbench can highlight pressure losses at these various points. The workbench is equipped with a liquid level column to observe the pressure loss of the pipeline fluid before and after the bend.
1.2 Features
-The training device uses a steel frame as a whole, the exterior is sprayed with anti-corrosion treatment, and the bottom is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement.
- The bench should allow the study of pressure losses in pipes, elbows and valves.
- It will consist of two pipe loops with a common inlet and outlet. The two circuits will have pipes of different diameters including straight pipes, elbows, shrinks, widens, valves and ball valves.
- The differential pressure will be measured in millimeters through the piezometer with back pressure.
